So without any further ado, here are the Top 5 FREE SEO Tools Every Business Owner Must Know!
1. SEO-Quake. SEO quake is a program you can download and add to your Firefox web-browser. Seoquake gives you the ability to view several different SEO elements over several sites at once. You’re able to see things like the number of back-links coming into a website, the age of the domain, page rank and other important SEO elements. When armed with this information you’ll know exactly what you need to do to beat your online competition.
2.Free Google Keyword Tool. The foundation of your SEO campaign and online marketing strategies MUST start with keyword research. If you get your keywords wrong your entire online campaign will be off. I love this tool because you can enter any website URL into the tool and Google will suggest keywords for you. Google will also show you search volume and online competition as well.
3.Market Samurai. This is another free SEO Keyword tool. Market Samurai does offer a paid version but if you’re only researching keywords for your business site, the free version will do just fine. The reason I like Market Samurai is because you can filter the stuff you really don’t need making it super easy to find golden nugget keywords.
4.WordPress.org. This might sound kind of strange to you right? WordPress as a free SEO tool? Well this is exactly why I use WordPress. You see, any SEO promotion must start with a quality SEO friendly website and WordPress fits the bill. You can download WordPress for free and set up as many self hosted websites as you want. WordPress also allows you to easily add fresh content to your website another thing the search engines love!
5.WebsiteGrader.com. WebsiteGrader.com is another free seo tool any business owner can use to get a quick SEO analysis of your website. Like Market Samurai, Websitegrader.com offers a paid version. Again, the free version will work just fine for you if you’re only analyzing one website at a time.
